Quality Process Lead - Singapore - CHAMP Cargosystems

Description

• Define software quality practices, testing strategies and tools to be used by CHAMP quality assurance teams
• Provide process governance over quality assurance activities for CHAMP deliveries
• Enhance and administer the systems, structures, and processes required to ensure quality effectively and efficiently in our software deliveries
• Drive continual improvement across quality assurance processes and delivery lifecycle and improve customer experience in terms of functional, usability, performance and security in CHAMP products
• Define and publish KPIs to monitor and optimize process
• Disseminate practises to quality teams, motivating usage and auditing compliance
• Understand and stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in software quality
• Review and align with stakeholders to enhance crossdomain teamwork
• Liaise with CHAMP's CISO team to build in security testing
• Define tools and process frameworks & best practices for automated & continuous tests, performance and security testing and facilitate implementation
• Present and evangelise CHAMP's quality processes to partners, customers and prospects

• Deliver on a regular basis trained, 'CHAMPready' graduates to the Business Units according to their requirements.

• Provide leadership and direction to your team to support the goals of your group
• Work closely with your peers to ensure their needs are being considered
• Represent the company at conferences as appropriate
• Travel required: as agreed and deemed necessary

• At least 7 years relevant experience in software quality assurance
• Led software quality teams in multisite organisations
• Experience in quality methodologies and automation frameworks for delivery teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science and Technology or other relevant qualifications
