Systems Accounting & IT Audit (Accounting)You will be working closely with CFO that will be part of the core project team in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to the related Operating Companies across the Asia Pacific region.

DescriptionContribute as key project member/lead in subject matter expert in planning/explore phase for evaluating standard solutions and processesAssist in assessment and configuration of firm's policy and standards in Construct/Configuration phaseDefine system setup to cover global needs accordance to firm's guidelinesPrepare controls report for entities to document compliance with best-practice procedures, including user guides and checklistsReview and test processes for other areas of the systemWork as trainers during implementation/deployment and post-go live phaseInvolve in discussions for localization and customization processesParticipate in UAT/ETE if neededGuide entities in problem-solving, process implementation, and general support post-deploymentEnsure internal and external compliance in Group Finance roleDefine internal controls and encourage the use of standard solutionsProfileAt least 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Finance & Accounting, have knowledge of full set of accountFinance functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a mustAble to work independently and has excellent interpersonal skills collaborating with APAC individualsStrong leadership and organizational skills; must be able to think logically and process oriented.

Meticulous, initiated and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Has an outgoing nature and enjoys challenges.
Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized with a keen attention to details.
Proficient with Excel worksheets.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
