What you will be working on

Job Responsibilities
Plan and oversee the frontline processes to improve customer service experience.
Applications for Waiver of 21 days notice
Applications for Caveats
Applications for Notice of Marriage for NR-NR couples
Evaluation of "out of ordinary" requests from couples and recommendation to Registrar

Requirements:

Able to work independently and in teams
Organized, able to multitask and deliver quality work in a fastpaced environment
Possess serviceoriented and citizencentric mindset; and
Able to interact with, engage and collaborate with different stakeholders.
