Description

Responsibilities:

  • Performing all ARRI products troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Evaluating the performance, condition and quality control of new and used product.
  • Handles servicerelated communications from customers regarding repair appointments, repair status updates, and screens customer calls for technical support information.
  • Handles ervicerelated communications from customers regarding repair appointments, repair status updates, and screens customer calls for technical support information.
  • Assists walkin customers for any service requests.
  • Handles product and service orders, invoicing, and daily transactions and scheduling.
  • Participates in the implementation and completion of paperwork for the service departments, including but not limited to estimates, service orders, payment arrangements, and logistics.
  • Keeping a clear record of all service cases.
  • Perform adhoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related studies
  • Possess Electrician license preferred
  • Minimum of 24 years' experience in servicing and repairing mechanical and
- electronic equipment.

  • Must possess familiarity with digital oscilloscope, meters, and hand tools
  • Experience in reading and understanding schematic drawings, soldering usingthroughhole and surface mount techniques required
  • Experience with analogue / digital cameras and lighting will be preferred
  • Experience in Film or TV industry will be preferred
  • Must be computer literate with detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Selfmotivated, determined and willing to work under pressure
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Having high attention to details
  • English proficiency, both in writing and speaking
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
  • Can handle pressure and able to work unsupervised
  • Team player with strong sense of responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary, to headquarters
- and manufacturers, visiting customers, trade shows and set locations
