Job Description: Aircon Technician (U-Turn)
Location: Singapore
Salary Range: $20 to $22 per hour + Overtime (OT)
Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Aircon Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing various types of air conditioning units, both indoor and outdoor, as well as dehumidifiers for storage areas and temporary air-con package units for site Local Equipment Rooms (LERs) across Singapore. This role requires a high level of expertise in troubleshooting and technical skills to ensure optimal operation and performance of all air conditioning systems.

RequirementsResponsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair indoor and outdoor air conditioning units, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
  
• Dehumidifier Management: Install and maintain dehumidifiers in storage areas to protect goods from moisture damage.
  
• Temporary Solutions: Set up temporary air-con package units in Local Equipment Rooms (LERs) to support site requirements.
  
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems, identifying repair needs and implementing solutions.
  
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations and repairs meet the required standards and regulations, providing customers with high-quality service.
  
• Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and providing professional advice on the maintenance of air conditioning systems.
  
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Aircon Technician, with a proven track record in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing air conditioning units.
  
• Certification: Relevant certification or diploma in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of air conditioning principles, systems, and equipment. Familiarity with various types of aircon units and dehumidifiers.
  
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
  
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
