    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Descriptions:

    • Strategically leading the overall Sales Go-To-Market readiness (external & internal stakeholders) and identify OPPO decision making to ensure the department maximise its short, medium and long term profitability via sales and market insight.
    • Strategically analyse and planning for go-to-market initiatives to support sales channel in achieving overall performance management (gross acquisition, revenue, and annual operation plan).
    • Driving marketing initiatives to support sales channel in pre-sales and post-sales in acquisition, retention, dealer training and other sales operation matters.
    • To ensure product and solution launch readiness in terms of process, sales and marketing materials and training related materials meets sales channel requirements prior to launch goals.
    • Provide go-to-market strategies in developing sales and marketing campaign that drive sales channel in achieving campaign.
    • Organize and compile market information through market feedback (sales channel, customer and competitor) and develop postmortem reports that will help with development of suitable solution for the telco market.
    • Develop strategies and programs to enable our partners, promote channel adoption, drive revenue, and simplify the customer experience and journey.
    • Collaborate with top management team to implement the right GTM models across channels with quality and speed.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in sales and marketing least 2 year of related post experience
    • Wide and deep set of skills and expertise from product management to functional marketing including campaign planning and execution.
    • Excellent communications and presentation skills are required.
    • Experience in telco industry is more advantage.
    • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is required in order to build and maintain good relationship with Mandarin speaking counterparts
