Position Overview We are in search of a driven Product Engineer to join our expanding technical team.

This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our ever-growing client base, innovating new products, and ensuring the consistent quality of our product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and test new Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs). Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve product performance and reliability. Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide technical support. Analyse product performance data to identify areas for enhancement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into product development. Conduct technical presentations to educate our customers on our wideranging product line.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Prepare technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS). Prepare product First Article Inspection Report (FAIR). Prepare technical drawings of parts. Prepare Green Compliance Reports. Work on RoHS and UL approvals for our products. Be an integral part of the ISO Audit Team to ensure our processes meet international standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field. 1 to 2 years' experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Proficiency in CAD software and other thermal simulation tools are a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A problemsolver mindset with strong analytical skills. Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. Ability to travel overseas frequently for trade shows and meeting up with clients. Class 3 driving license is a plus.
