Description
Responsible for managing and maintaining Daily Operations for Customers

  • Handle alerts, incident queries and investigation
  • Perform Cyber Security Product testing and fine tuning
  • Perform Upgrade and Patching during Maintenance Cycles
  • Recommend mitigation measures based on best practise

Education Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or other equivalents.
Name of Professional Qualification & Award

  • Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or GIAC certifications

Essential (must have)

  • Specialise in one of the OS platforms (Windows, Linux)
  • Specialise in one of the databases (SQL, DB2 or Oracle)
  • Good domain knowledge in one of the cloud security (AWS or Azure)
  • Proven TCP/IP networking expertise, able to articulate OSI 7layer model and trace various attacks across the stack

Primary Skills
Subject Matter Expert knowledge and experience in at least 2 domains below for managing mid to large size environment as below:

  • Endpoint Protection
  • Anti-Virus, HIPS, DLP
  • Network Security
  • Firewall, NIPS, WAF
  • SIEM, UEBA
  • Cloud Security

Secondary Skills

  • Proficiency in OS, Windows and Linux
