Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Control (QC) team in conducting thorough quality checks and inspections on precision-engineered parts for the semiconductor industry.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and protocols to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
• Provide hands-on support in performing detailed inspections and measurements to verify product specifications and adherence to quality standards.
• Train and mentor QC team members in effective quality inspection techniques and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent defects.
• Utilize quality control tools and equipment to facilitate inspections and maintain accurate records of inspection results.
• Analyze data and generate reports to monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control and inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision engineering or semiconductor industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving quality objectives.
• Excellent understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in conducting precision measurements and interpreting technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding rigorous quality standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
