    Description
    Supply Chain Leader for Asia

    • Lead the operational Supply Chain for the division Nutrition & Health in Asia and a diverse team across Asia responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer order fulfilment and availability in the region.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, especially in Sales, Global Production Planning, Delivery Services and external service providers, to align service quality in Asia with overall business objectives.
    • Manage operational processes within the business unit and ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Ensure high service quality through continuous improvement of processes, with focus on Demand Validation and Order-to-Delivery execution together with the Sales and Regional Supply Chain peers globally.
    • Lead the digital and organizational transformation for the Supply Chain in Asia in alignment with the broader business and company objectives as part of a Global Supply Chain Leadership team.
    • Implementing training and digital upskilling for employees while inspiring and guiding the team to foster high performance and a positive work atmosphere as part of a winning culture.
    • Analyse performance metrics and cost trends in your area of responsibility, deriving actionable steps for continuous improvement and efficiency. Additionally, you manage budgeting and resources to optimize departmental assets.
    • Contribute to the strategic development of the divisional Supply Chain for Nutrition and Health and a future-fit organization.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum degree in supply chain or other related field.
    • Experience in the field of Supply Chain and/or Order to Cash or closely linked commercial roles.
    • Leadership experience in global and diverse contexts.
    • Structured work organisation and high teamwork competence, along with excellent analytical thinking abilities.
    • A profound understanding of corporate organisations with end-to-end execution and their culture.
