DESCRIPTION:

• Customer service oriented attitude
• Ushering customers to allocated KTV rooms and ensure system is ready
• Taking beverages & food orders
• Key in orders into point of sales system and fulfilling the orders
• All other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
• Cleaning duties during off peaks hours to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Customer service oriented attitude
• Attend to all walk ins & register check in customers
• Comfortable using google sheets or microsoft excels spreadsheets
• Allocate suitable rooms to walk in customers according to group size, room size and other requirements
• Manage transactions from customers using point of sales system
• All other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
• Cleaning duties during off peaks hours to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Able to commit on weekends and PH (6 days work week)
