Purpose Statement


The role is responsible for supporting the APAC HR team in implementing its transformation initiatives, focused on the delivery of optimized and new business processes and an optimized HR operating model.

The role supports the APAC HR Transformation Team working closely with cross-regional leadership and counterparts.

Responsibilities include business analysis, current state analysis, operational planning, driving process improvement, change management, and collaborating with stakeholders across APAC to drive change and enable transformation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzes current processes and operations to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Develop or support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for the initiatives, and track progress against goals and milestones, work with the broader project team to identify risks, develop and execute contingency plans and ensure project targets and schedules are met
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and metrics to project and HR leaders to support decisionmaking and measure project success
  • Communicates project status by preparing standard status reports, and by participating in departmental and customer project status update meetings
  • Resolves project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the project and initiatives
  • Consults with internal project groups by sharing project management knowledge. Facilitates the achievement of project objectives through the use of agile project methodology

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 57 years' experience as a HR analyst/HR project analyst with experience in HR disciplines in international organizations and in a regional role
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent project analyst and management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team across cultures and across APAC
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Prior experience in HR Transformation projects will be advantageous
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills including SharePoint, MS Project and advanced skills in the use of project planning tools including Jira and other tools (e.g. Clarity/PlanView, Confluence, Trello).
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
