Job Scope:

Accounts Executive (APAR)

• Perform finance reconciliation
• Assist management to complete various company regular fiscal and tax related declarations
• Assist in company accounting work, including basic fee accounting review, bank, etc.
• Assist in external communication and docking, including docking with tax bureaus, bank etc.
• Manage important documents such as company registration documents, accounting certifications, tax related materials, etc.
• Assist on company financial analysis, identify abnormal or risk problem points and follow up on corrections
• Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor efficiently and accurately
• Handle AP & AR

Assistant Manager/Accountant

• Oversee and offer direction to a team responsible for supporting the functions of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Supervise, coordinate, and assess the tasks completed by team members to guarantee accuracy and thoroughness.
• Take charge of monthly closing tasks and compile management accounts for closure, ensuring comprehensive completion.
• Compile the quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) report for submission.
• Create audited Financial Statements and Income Tax schedules.
• Handle the preparation of XBRL.
• Communicate with auditors, corporate secretary, and tax agent.
• Undertake any additional ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidates with related Accounting experience will have added advantage
