- Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate order status and delivery schedules to customers in a professional manner.
- Minimum ITE certificate and above.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm.
- Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company bus pick up at Jurong East MRT station)
