    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our client is in the food distribution industry. Distributing Japanese food products to supermarkets and restaurants.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
    2. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    3. Communicate order status and delivery schedules to customers in a professional manner.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum ITE certificate and above.
    • At least 1 year of previous experience in administrative role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
    • Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm.
    • Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company bus pick up at Jurong East MRT station)
