Description

• Manage day to day HR functions of the construction arm business.
• Hands-on in construction management.
• Handle MOM Work Pass related matters and all foreign workers admin matters.
• Manage WICA and medical insurance claims.
• Assist in recruitment, implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices in HR functions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in in construction/engineering industry.
• Good knowledge in Employment Act.
