The firm provides consulting and advisory services with a focus on cross-border business within APAC region leveraging on the Group's existing network built over the years.

Transaction-related due diligence
Supporting companies seeking to expand their business or invest in the global market
Other advisory and support services
The Successful Applicant
Strong interest in leading business development efforts
Ability to assess risk and return objectively
Willingness to work across a wide range of transactions
Working experience in Big 4 accounting firms, major investment banks or major private equity firms
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., accounting, legal, CFA/financial analyst credentials)
Exposure to cross-border deals, leveraging on the firm's network
Start-up culture that encourages employees to freely pursue ventures of their interests
Value creation for the corporate clients, through the management of talented team members
