- Coordinating crew changes and managing sign-on and sign-off processes
- Handling crew documentation including visas, passports, and medical certificates
- Maintaining crew records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Managing crew payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection of crew members
- Liaising with manning agencies and ensuring the availability of qualified crew members
- Monitoring crew performance and providing feedback and guidance as needed
- Resolving crew-related issues and conflicts
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and trends
- Assisting in the development and implementation of crewing policies and procedures
- ITE/ diploma in maritime studies, human resources, or a related field
- Those with maritime education /payroll and keen to learn crewing is welcome to apply
- Familiarity with crewing software and databases
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
