Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This position reports to the IT Manager and interface with company's staff of all levels. This position provides technical support to all offices, including group financial and operational/transactional systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support IT Infrastructure including Windows Servers / Network routers & switches / MFP Printers / Desktops & Laptops
- Basic knowledge in configuration and managing Firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi Access Points etc
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to Windows Servers / IT Applications
- Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates to software / hardware
- Maintain inventory of IT assets using IT tools
- Monitor backup & restoration of databases
- Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Acronis etc
- Provide installation, configuration, maintenance and support to users including branch office users
- Provide IT support during major campaigns / peak periods
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
- Min 35 years handson working experience in enduser support (hardware & software) environment;
- Good communication skill and personality
- Good team player and enthusiastic
- Selfinitiator on performing tasks
- Resourceful and responsive
