    Roles & Responsibilities

    This is a temporary position for a duration of 3 months.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collect documents from Test Departments
    • Photocopy and scan documents to the Server
    • Attend to F2F customers' inquiries
    • Mail out letters, documents
    • Answer phone calls
    • Assist ad-hoc duties when required

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent
    • Have initiative and be willing to learn
    • Able to work with minimal supervision
    • Customer-orientated and attentive to details
    • Good communication skills
    • Competent keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
