- Photocopy and scan documents to the Server
- Attend to F2F customers' inquiries
- Mail out letters, documents
- Answer phone calls
- Assist ad-hoc duties when required
- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent
- Have initiative and be willing to learn
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Customer-orientated and attentive to details
- Good communication skills
- Competent keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
