As AVP/VP, Facility Management, you will be responsible for:

Regional facility management for the bank, including power, UPS, fire protection system, access management etc.
Managing outsourced data centre and BCP site vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regional banking regulations
Liaising with building management to ensure all security systems are integrated
Managing a small team of permanent staff and vendors responsible for physical security and facilities management
Being the main POC for the bank in the region for facilities management matters

Requirements:

At least 5 to 7 years of banking facility management experience
Familiarity with regional banking regulations is a plus, but knowledge of MAS regulations is a musthave
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
