About our client: Our client is a leading global engineering and project management consultancy embarking on large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects.

*Please note that this role will be hired on a long-term contract to support our client's project.

About the role:

· Maintaining the BIM Protocol for the project.

· Preparing BIM models and 2D sheets using Autodesk Revit based on interpreting of engineering design requirements from verbal instructions or engineering sketches in civil and structural.

· Understanding in Mechanical, process or electrical, instrumentation, control and automation discipline drawings.

· Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that all models and datasets are accurate and that the level of information is fit for purpose.

· Identifying and documenting multidisplinary clashes using clash detection software (Navisworks).

· Creating, recording and monitoring the shared data and relationships between models, for example grids, floor levels and shared project coordinates.

· Following and enforcing the mandated BIM Collaboration Procedures in the BIM Execution Plan.

· Follow-up on the BIM workflow and ensuring that any potential issues are dealt with effectively.

About you:

· Minimum 8 years production experience in BIM design, modelling and drafting environment with relevant certification/Diploma.

· To have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.

· Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

· Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued improvement in BIM.

· Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
