Description
Field Service Engineer
Reports to team lead and Ops Manager for IT field services tasks assigned, including
but not limiting to the following:
- Provide onsite IT Deskside support (DSS) for scheduled visit accounts.
- Perform onsite software/hardware break fix for software issues relating to
- Abide by specific Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) in carrying out tasks
- Be part of a team or task force for IT projects such as OSmigration, restacking, data centre projects, deployment projects.
- Be ready to be assigned as a project/site lead for specific projects.
- Be part of a backfill team to be called upon backfilling tasks in various
sites when carrying out support duties.
- Be a selfstarter, and take initiatives to act on challenges presented
- Independent worker
- Good team player
- Able to follow through instructions and processes till resolution
- Good sense of responsibility and possess a positive working attitude
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
$2, $3,300.00 per month
