Field Service Engineer
Reports to team lead and Ops Manager for IT field services tasks assigned, including

but not limiting to the following:

  • Provide onsite IT Deskside support (DSS) for scheduled visit accounts.
  • Perform onsite software/hardware break fix for software issues relating to
  • Abide by specific Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) in carrying out tasks
such as handling trouble-tickets, monitoring, and updating till ticket resolution.

  • Be part of a team or task force for IT projects such as OSmigration, restacking, data centre projects, deployment projects.
  • Be ready to be assigned as a project/site lead for specific projects.
  • Be part of a backfill team to be called upon backfilling tasks in various
accounts supported by the company at short notice.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$2, $3,300.00 per month
