Job Descriptions

  • Incharge of assigned tanker vessels' operations/ Assistant operator
  • Monitor and update vessels movements
  • Manage postfixture activities・ Data entry for vessel 's operation in IMO VIP system. Assist with daytoday chartering activities including fixing of group period charted vessels
  • Management of P/L and calculation of the interim port and demurrage for T/C
  • Administer all CP's concluded
  • To respond to enquiries and follow up
  • Maintaining a database of vessel positions;
  • Preparing charter parties and other necessary fixture documentation, where required
  • Liaise with vessel(s) for smooth operations and voyage optimization
  • Ensure a good understand of market practice and charter party terms for managing the costs exposures. Maintain accurate record of Chartering activities. Responsible for the Fixture Notes preparation and circulation. Confirmation of the compatibility for loading/ discharging port. Loading & Discharging operations and stowage planning
  • Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the team. Support the team for all vessel Operation and Shipping related mattersRequirement
