Description

• Support sales activities technically in alignment with product strategy
• Provide technical support to key customers and high potential projects
• Be an active member of the Global Application Development Team

• Experience with enzymes is a clear asset, but not essential more importantly you bring in depth knowledge and experience from the flour milling, baking and/or baking ingredient industry
• University degree education (e.g. Food Technology or other industry related study) and relevant work experience in Technical Sales / Application Management of food ingredients is required
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing, acquired through relevant work experience
• Able to effectively translate customer needs into meaningful products with a strong focus on existing product portfolio and gap analysis
• Willingness and capability to travel (including international, 50 % to 60 %)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creativity, flexibility, team spirit, customer focus and results orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, while communication skills in other languages are a strong asset
