    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    To attend to all correspondence relating to common property on behalf of the Town Council

    To manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondence, documents, drawings and materials pertaining to all Town Council matters

    To manage the register of owners' and tenants' particulars

    To advise and arrange to take out insurance policies against fire, public liability, Work Injury compensation, all risks and other insurances as directed by the Town Council

    To inform the Town Council immediately upon receipt of any notices from the authorities and other individuals and submit a copy thereof to the Town Council if requested

    To control and manage the use of the common property including all the recreational facilities and to approve usage of the common property on behalf of the Town Council

    To give notices to any owner or tenants or person in the said Town to comply with or remedy a breach of any of the Town Council's bylaws

    To coordinate applications to the relevant Government Departments, authorities, or other competent authority

    To assist the Property Manager and Property Officers in tracking the daily, weekly and monthly (wherever applicable) maintenance

    schedule, improvement and upgrading works timeline, bulk refuse schedule, deployment, resources and IEMS cases

    To monitor staff movement and report to the Chief Operations Manager for arrangement of alternative deployment

    To handle permit and waiver applications and appeals

    Requirements:

    • Min GCE O Level in any field with 1 year of administrative support experience
    • Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Working hours : Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am to 12pm (5.25 days work week)
