Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
· In charge of the day-to-day operations of the Condominium.
· Review and administration of maintenance contracts including insurance policies of the estate.
· Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities management and operational matters.
· Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.
· Deliver efficient and effective solutions on estate management.
· Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.
· Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions.
· Ensure all residents' feedbacks are attended to promptly and efficiently.
· Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Job Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services.
• Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of MCST experience for Diploma holders.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of MCST experience for Degree holders.
• Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
• Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills.
