Sioux Technologies is a high-tech services and solutions provider, headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands with R&D centres in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, China, Singapore and Vietnam.

Sioux Singapore is currently looking for an entrepreneurial Technology Lead who can support us with growing our business.

As Technology Lead you're responsible for the development of new Mathware solutions and advanced modeling solutions that can be sold in the semiconductor industry in South East Asia.

As a Technology Lead you will analyses the customer needs in the designated markets and based on the technology trends and the customers needs you will create business proposition.

You are able to understand the technical challenges of our customers and by using your technical know how you can lead to them to our solutions.

By presenting a clear business proposition you're able to convince potential clients to work with Sioux.

You're able to build up trusted advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, Plant Managers, VP's of Engineering, CTO and CIO and identify customer priorities and technical objections.

You're having deep technical skills and you will be a trusted advisor in the areas of mathematical and software solutions within the semiconductor industry and you demonstrated the ability to think strategically about business, solutions and technical challenges.

You will be responsible for the acquisition of new prospect within the designated markets and you will be the responsible for the presales work, such as putting together business proposals, presentations, pitch decks, proof of concepts, and collecting use cases.

Together with the Business Development Team you are the first point of contact for our customers and the connecting element between technology and market.

In the team, you play a leading, inspiring and coaching role. You show decisiveness from a technical perspective to help the team and the project move on.

When the company is continuing to grow you will take on a leading role in building up a local delivery team.

**This is what we're looking for: - PHD in a technical direction such as Mathematics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong background and at least 15 year experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong (Big) data modeling experience.
• Knowledge of Python, Kornshell and Matlab.
• Fluent in English.
• You understand the technologies used in the designated markets, the services of Sioux and you are able convert market trends into solutions and business propositions
• Ability to deliver results and work crossfunctionally. Ability to engage/influence audiences and identify expansion engagements.
