As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing costs and influencing outcomes, creating weighted risk and opportunity schedules, proposing strategies for managing risks and exploiting opportunities, certifying payments due to contractors and suppliers, preparing cost forecasts and updates, and agreeing on final accounts.

A degree in Management Quantity Surveying or a similar professional qualification such as MRICS/MCIOB would be preferable.
