Job Description:


As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of IT projects within the organization.

Your role will involve coordinating project teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans and schedules.
  • Allocate resources and manage project budgets.
  • Coordinate project teams and ensure effective communication.
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones.
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact the project.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and report on lessons learned.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, and implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
