Description
**Service Manager / Senior Consultant (Pre-Sales)Job Scope:
- Provide IT Consultation and Solution Design to achieve Business Objectivities.
- To work with Enterprise clients in creating and delivering innovative solutions that help clients achieve their IT objectives.
- Enterprise Solutions and Professional Services with a wellestablished sales network and a consultative selling approach.
- Plan and execute Sales Strategies.
- Involved in providing Pre-Sales Consultation, support and analysis to the external customers.

Proven track record in handling IT Solutions and Professional services/ Managed Services

Strong in Pre-Sales and Post
- Sales
- Strong in providing IT Consultation, Management, Analysis and Support.
- Experience in handling IT Infrastructure, System Integration or Services Sales.
- Drive Sales Processes to ensure sales closures.
- Good in handling IT Outsourcing, Service Contract and Managed Services.
- Good relationship building with customers and business potential.
- Minimum 4 years of Service Delivery/ IT Consultation experience.
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work under stressful environment.
