Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and provide clinical guidance and supervision to nurses
- Conduct on the job/classroom training and competency assessment
- Provide nursing leadership and supervision to the clinical nursing staff and ensure safe and quality resident care.
- Perform clinical nursing audits, make suggestions and initiate quality improvement in care delivery
- Teach, mentor and supervise nursing staff in their clinical practice.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience
- A team player Good interpersonal and communication skills
