Responsibilities
- To man the IT helpdesk as Level 1 support
- PBX system
- Other adhoc duties/ projects as assigned by the Head of Department.
Skills/Requirement
- Diploma/ bachelor's degree in computer science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in phone recording system and asset (hardware) management
- Knowledge in Windows and MS Office
- Knowledge in Lotus Notes would be an added advantage
