Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide secretarial and administrative support to Client's family office.
Scheduling meetings, claims submission, travel arrangements and attending to family's personal matters.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
General office management and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidate MUST be able to speak and read Mandarin and English.
3-7 years working experience.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Professional maturity, strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in family office / banking industry is a plus.
