Description


The APAC Commercial Finance Director will partner with the APAC Customer Development VP and Team, APAC Region and Market teams to lead, drive and support Go-to-market Customer and Channel growth strategies, Portfolio management and deliver FY/long term sales, profit, cash and TSR objectives.

This role is located in Singapore.

Strategy

  • Partner with the CD team to drive strategic commercial execution inputs and sufficiency to deliver our quarterly and FY targets on both sales and profit.
  • Partner crossfunctionally to develop, shape and drive APAC Medium/Longterm Channel/GTM and Portfolio Growth Strategies to deliver APAC Ambition.
  • Shape and drive APAC GTM Ecosystem through pricing, access, portfolio and channel/customer synergies or reinvention across core brands/markets.
  • Identify and Own holistic Value Chain studies into Routetomarket expansions and Whitespace opportunities.
  • Competitive Benchmarking through external Channel Profitability and spend benchmarking across key competitors. Externally connected to identify new Emerging channel and access opportunities, and work with markets to unlock new opportunities
  • Develop and own Clear customer/channel profitability Glidepaths and building blocks to get there critical inputs into the APAC LRFP.
  • Support Regional Sales team on Joint Business Planning for key Regional Accounts and Customers.

Deliver Results

  • Partner with Regional FP&A and Sales Teams to track and deliver APAC Quarterly/FY Sales targets and inprocess performance measures for APAC (e.g. Optimal Trade Inventory DOS/$, CIW, Costtoserve, Cash DSO/payscore, SLOBs etc.), across key channels, markets and customer. Make recommendations to the Business to balance risks & opportunities to meet company's fiscal targets.
  • Develop and Track APAC Channel and (key) Customer Value chain Financials and profitability glidepaths across APAC (Ecommerce, Offline, Travel retail etc).
  • Drive optimal APAC Costtoserve Analyses across channels and assess optimal ROI / spending efficiencies across Channel/customer investments (CIW, SG&A, CME, Gross to net) to deliver APAC profitability targets. Develop Channel recommendations and track/drive execution to unlock key value growth opportunities.
  • Drive a standard of strict Compliance and controls across all sales processes

Organization and Processes

  • Drive simplification and E2E integration in ensuring that commercial dashboard and measures across markets are standardised, and business processes or commercial projects that stretch across functions (Supply, RGM, Sales Operations and Marketing) interact seamlessly.
  • Support integration of new reporting platforms, and the new Integrated business planning (IBP) process
  • Be an integral part of the Kenvue Finance organization and extended Finance leadership team.
