    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for PC, server, network and system infrastructure to company's local office as well as overseas offices.
    • Maintaining IT operations such as applications, email systems, hardware, software, and network security tools
    • Responsible for the infrastructure setup, administration and maintenance
    • Spotting inefficiencies in an organization's computer network and making recommendations to address weaknesses.
    • Monitor and perform proper remedy actions to ensure the stability, reliability, security and performance improvement of the whole infrastructure.
    • Manage system storage, backup and restore operation
    • Perform feasibility study on market solutions and technologies for continuous improvement.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation.
    • Migrate email server to MS365 & Setup Outlook using O365.
    • IT administration, users permissions etc.

    The qualifications & experience required are as follows:

    • Recognized degree/diploma or equivalent in Information Technology
    • Engineering or related discipline with at least 4 years' relevant experience in system & network administration, IT administration, users permissions etc.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (with Chinese would be a credit)
    • Able to work well independently
    • Possess a strong interest and self-motivation to install, configure and maintain system/network services, equipment and devices, provide system/network support and request, investigate, troubleshoot issues and provide resolution, i.e. including managing user accounts and access
    • Competent and having a sound knowledge (Configure and troubleshoot) of various network protocols and topologies, including a broad knowledge of WLAN, switches, routers, servers, IPS/IDS and firewalls
    • Able to perform network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, network resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, and related administration tasks
    • Able to administer anti-virus, anti-spam and network security system
    • Experience with implementing the network devices hardening requirements
    • Relevant experience in monitoring and reviewing performance of network and ability to perform capacity planning
    • Certifications in CCNA and or CCNP would be beneficial
    • Prior experience of using NAV or MicroSoft Business Central, experience of migrating to and maintaining M365 accounts would be a benefit.

    Salary: $4, $5,500.00 per month
