Description

• Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing
• Ensuring project progress are on schedule and to meet the timeline given
• Make sure having the latest construction drawings onsite and work is constructed as per drawing given.
• Update drawing if there is any revision and to keep updates copy in site office and head office
• Measuring and managing client's satisfaction.
• Facilitate site planning meeting, coordinate with construction site workers and clients.
• Should assist with HR duties in hiring foreign workers, and retaining foreign workers, as foreign workers are the main source of construction company.
• Increasing the value and number of current customers/projects.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and attention to details
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently.

Need to handle foreign workers requirements, and if any site accident need to report at site asap day /night shift work.
