Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project teams in managing the project BIM model to support the construction works
• Creating and maintaining 3D/2D models using BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit
• Collaborate with architects, and other members of the design, compliance, and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements and using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase
• Prepare architectural shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit them promptly
• Ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications and requirements
• Collaborate closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates
• Assist with documentation for record-keeping and submission related to BIM processes
• Support the Project Manager in completing projects
• Create accurate and organized Architectural Revit (BIM) models
• Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction
• Develop and maintain office BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats
• Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently
• Preparation of Authority Submission/ Compliance Drawings
• To perform any other work-related duties required from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Architecture or its equivalent
• Able to use BIM tools to perform drawing and design work
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes
• Fresh graduates with the relevant studies in Architecture or its equivalent are welcome to apply
• Proficient in AutoCad and Revit (BIM)
