    Description

    What will you be doing

  • Act as a transformation leader for Sales Power program in Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa, driving change across the organization.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to speed up growth together with regional teams using lean and agile development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with global, area and frontline business lines and functions to develop new enablers (processes, solutions, data, competence building, compensation models, etc.) for the regional teams in charge of sales.
  • Introduce new capabilities (processes, solutions, data, roles, competences) and ways of working to KONE that will accelerate growth.
  • Co-create and work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, offering, people and other related functions for end-to-end process improvements.
  • Manage the program, monitor and report on outcomes related to adoption and impact of the changes.
  • Use lean and agile ways of working to co-create, prioritize and execute initiatives.

  • A proven track record of driving transformations in a customer centric way and collaborative way
  • Experience in program management
  • Experience in lean, lean 6 sigma or agile mindset and strong focus on customer value, flow & simplicity
  • Experience working in a sales role is a plus.
  • Be able to influence stakeholders across the organization while implementing change.
  • Have strong strategic thinking skills, along with the ability to execute both long-term initiatives and quick wins that drive business results.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and change management skills.
  • Passion to create a differentiated customer experience and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Passion for keeping up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience working in the frontline, with an understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Familiarity with lean, lean 6 sigma and/or agile ways of working
  • Team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively and run things independently and proactively.
