    Full time $50,000 - $80,000 per year Administrative
    Description

    Provide full administrative work including but not limited to:-

    • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
    • Develop and maintain filing systems
    • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
    • Office maintenance, ordering office supplies, and researching new deals and suppliers
    • Management of billings, rentals, and payments

    Provide secretarial support including but not limited to:-

    • Organize and schedule appointments
    • Answer and direct phone calls / Maintain contact lists
    • Book travel arrangements incl. visa applications & invitation letters
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
    • Provide general support to visitors

    Provide accounting support including but not limited to

    • Correspondence with IRAS, Accountant, Auditor, Tax Agent, etc.
    • Bookkeeping / Submit and reconciling expense reports
    • Closing of bookkeeping, Monthly closing
    • GST return, Auditing, Tax clearance, etc.
    • Petty cash disbursement and recordings

    Provide HR management support including but not limited to:-

    • Day-to-day HR operation and administrative support
    • Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
    • Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.
    • Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
    • Handle monthly payroll, Update related records, etc.
    • Submission of CPF, Yearly income tax, etc.
    • Ensure validity of staff visa status, follow up/Apply for extension/new visa
    • Monitor and administer insurance claims

    Ad-hoc duties

    Requirements

    • Min Diploma in Business/Human Resources or any other relevant diploma
    • At least 1 - 3 years of Administrative & HR experience
    • Proactive, well organized, meticulous, and a good team player
    • Able to work independently and take initiatives
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards' regulation
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
