- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Office maintenance, ordering office supplies, and researching new deals and suppliers
- Management of billings, rentals, and payments
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls / Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements incl. visa applications & invitation letters
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Provide general support to visitors
- Correspondence with IRAS, Accountant, Auditor, Tax Agent, etc.
- Bookkeeping / Submit and reconciling expense reports
- Closing of bookkeeping, Monthly closing
- GST return, Auditing, Tax clearance, etc.
- Petty cash disbursement and recordings
- Day-to-day HR operation and administrative support
- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
- Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
- Handle monthly payroll, Update related records, etc.
- Submission of CPF, Yearly income tax, etc.
- Ensure validity of staff visa status, follow up/Apply for extension/new visa
- Monitor and administer insurance claims
- Min Diploma in Business/Human Resources or any other relevant diploma
- At least 1 - 3 years of Administrative & HR experience
- Proactive, well organized, meticulous, and a good team player
- Able to work independently and take initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards' regulation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
