KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)

1. To push for more market share

2. To ensure all products are displayed with sufficient quantity and variety

3. To get customer feedback and inform to SM/ASM

4. To achieve completing the weekly schedule as set by SM/ASM

5. To understand the company's main objective is to achieve sales target

6. To help the company for any event/promotions set up or tear down

7. Any other tasks as assigned

Job Description

• Monthly Basic Salary SGD2,000
• Commission
• $400 transport allowance provided.
• Medical/dental claims, basic hospitalization cover
• 5 day work week (Mon - Fri) with flexible start/end day timing.
• Only required to go to Jurong office once or twice a week.
• The key objective of this role is to work in a team with our merchandise team and to ensure our toys products are well stocked and displayed on shelves in department stores and supermarkets, like Kiddy Palace, NTUC Fairprice, Isetan, BHG, Takashimaya etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets, department stores like Kiddy Palace, NTUC Fairprice, Isetan, BHG, Takashimaya, etc. across Singapore and ensure that there are sufficient stock levels of items and that they are well-displayed.
• Set up and display in-store promotional displays and other point of sale materials.
• Negotiate with store personnel for better display positions and space.
• Record and report to sales manager on stock levels, display issues and competitive activities.

Requirements

• Preferable to have prior experience in a similar role performing merchandising tasks either for a consumer goods company or retailer.
• Candidate is required to visit retail outlets each day for stocks ordering and merchandising of toys.
• No other qualifications necessary.

Salary and Remuneration

• Monthly Basic Salary SGD2,000
• Commission
• $400 transport allowance provided
• Yearly performance based increments
• Medical/dental claims, basic hospitalization cover

Working Hours and Office Location

• This is a permanent full-time position.
• 5 day work week. Mon to Fri.
• Working hours: Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6.30pm (Timing flexible)
• Candidate need only come back to the office for meetings once or twice a week.
