    Description

    St Luke's Eldercare (SLEC) is a leading Christian healthcare provider with a vision of transforming community care for elders.     Within our network of eldercare centres island-wide, the goal is to provide appropriate and affordable eldercare service to families who are in need of day care for their senior members and relatives.

    We provide a suite of integrated services and programmes which include social day, dementia, nursing and respite care, along with Rehabilitation programmes such as physiotherapy and occupational therapy, wellness programmes and transportation. Through these services we hope to provide the finest service to the elderly in our care.

    We are looking for a Programme Executive to join the team.

    As a Programme Executive, you will be working closely with key stakeholders to plan, implement and conduct programmes to suit the needs of clients, identifying areas of improvement in these programmes, and implementing quality control and compliance measures to ensure that the programmes and activities implemented are relevant, effective and bring about quality service and standards.

    Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of new programmes and the improvement of existing ones.
  • Assist in the implementation of programmes, including the necessary planning, organisation and conducting of training.
  • Conduct outreach activities to target client group, other organisations and the community.
  • Lead in coordinating, supporting, executing and providing oversight to centre's planned events and programmes.
  • Provide administrative work for funding programme applications when needed.
  • Evaluate programmes to determine their effectiveness, including collecting outcome data (quantitive and qualitive) and conducting analysis of the data.
  • Carry out quality control and compliance procedures to ensure quality of programmes.
  • Assist in conducting research, including IRB submissions, literature review, statistical analysis, and report writing.
  • Any other projects that are assigned by the manager.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree (the latter is preferable) in relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in the eldercare sector or in programme development and implementation would be advantageous.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and partners to bring in programmes to meet the needs of the elderly.
  • Team player with strong communications and interpersonal and organisational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially presentations.
  • Must be willing to travel across Singapore to support remote sites when required.
