Description
Responsibilities
- Make recommendations to improve system performance when required.
- Maintain the baseline of IT security standards and policies.
- Provide technical IT support such as troubleshooting, software updating, and virus cleaning to endusers.
- Organize appropriate training for endusers when necessary.
- Maintain business systems in accordance with business standards.
- Maintain all user accounts and IT hardware according to IT standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or its equivalent
- Preferred 2 years of IT technical/infrastructure experience
- Preferably 1 year of project management experience
- Strong vendor management skills
- Wellorganized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Sysfreight and EDI, Shipping Software
- Knowledge in HTML, MS Office, SQL Server.
- Windows Server.
- Knowledge in Synology NAS
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
