Our client provides coating consulting services in the field of heavy-duty coatings. Our clients include some of the world's biggest Marine, Chemical, Oil and Gas, Mega-yacht and Insurance and Legal companies.

The team consists of approx.

60 people based globally, split across consulting and technical services teams with close collaboration, maximizing knowledge and customer value across the functions.

The position

Due to recent significant growth, our client is looking for a new college capable of fulfilling a managerial role as Assistant Sector Head for the Marine and Offshore division to support the company's vision of leadership within its chosen market segments and to support the growth ambitions.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to support to deliver of the sector's budgeted sales value and profit through Sales, Marketing and Business development activities within the sector to ensure a pipeline of leads, enquiries and contracts to deliver the budgeted value, profit, and utilization rates for the Tech Services team of coating supervisors and the consultants

The position requires some level of travel activities for projects and meeting clients worldwide. The expected travel level is approx. 50 days per year.
