Job Description:

Close working relations with local government offices such as the Pilot & Towage Services (PSA Marine) and the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) ensures timely attention to all requirements for foreign crew arrival / departure from singapore

Handling of ship spares movements and data entry


Required experience and skills:

• Excellent / moderate communication skills.
• Process and system understanding
• Selfmotivated and result orientated
• Proactive approach
• Able to work under pressure.
• For those whom are not experienced and you have the above skills, we can train you up if you want to learn the curve

What you will be doing:

• Liaising with various hoteliers and room reservation arrangements.
• Coordination with local vendors
• Coordination with the client's officer for crew for smooth travel
• Handling ship spares movements and liaising with client for onward instructions
• Simple data entry on in house system for spares in/out
• Come down for the interview or online video interview to learn more on the job requirements
