- Inventory checks, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Demonstrates ability to manage cost and quality controls, and understanding of how a successful bar revenue is achieved
- Administer purchasing and receiving procedures with suppliers
- Prepare and serve beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure that all beverages are served according to set quality standards
- Manage and prepare ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis
- Suggest new ways of presentation of drinks
- Suggest new procedures for optimizing the preparation process
- Assist to increase productivity of the bar
- Assist to plan and execute menus in collaboration with other colleagues
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
- Support the service team whenever possible
- Drive beverage sales across all product categories
- Proven experience in a Bar Supervisor role
- Excellent use of various bar prep methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Great time management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of best and latest beverage practices
- Having Wine knowledge/experience is a big plus point
