    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are a modern Mediterranean restaurant & bar looking to expand our team with an ambitious and passionate Bar Supervisor Your main responsibility will be to execute our bar menu, manage inventory, and also develop new offerings for our menu. Your work will be extremely important for customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty.

    Salary: S$3,500 – S$4,500 depending on work experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Inventory checks, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
    • Demonstrates ability to manage cost and quality controls, and understanding of how a successful bar revenue is achieved
    • Administer purchasing and receiving procedures with suppliers
    • Prepare and serve beverage orders in a timely manner
    • Ensure that all beverages are served according to set quality standards
    • Manage and prepare ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis
    • Suggest new ways of presentation of drinks
    • Suggest new procedures for optimizing the preparation process
    • Assist to increase productivity of the bar
    • Assist to plan and execute menus in collaboration with other colleagues
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
    • Support the service team whenever possible
    • Drive beverage sales across all product categories

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a Bar Supervisor role
    • Excellent use of various bar prep methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
    • Great time management skills
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of best and latest beverage practices
    • Having Wine knowledge/experience is a big plus point
