Our client is an established MAS-licensed derivatives Exchange in Singapore, looking for a proficient Legal & Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation while liaising with business teams.
Strengthen compliance culture by developing robust frameworks.
Implement compliance policies and ensure governancerelated matters align.
Collaborate on internal investigations for regulatory breaches.
Maintain constructive relationships with regulatory authorities.
Facilitate membership onboarding and oversee member trading onboarding.
Conduct desktop reviews and support onsite inspection programs.

Requirements:

University degree in law, finance, accountancy, or business from reputable institutions.
Minimum 2 year's legal experience; Singaporequalified lawyer from private practice or inhouse in financial institutions
Strong communication skills and collaborative team player.
Upto 5 years of relevant working experience, showcasing compliance expertise.
Solid IT literacy, with a preference for compliance experience in financial institutions.
