**Job Description

  • Plan and manage transport operations to meet customer requirements and company targets.
  • Monitor transport costs and ensure they are within budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers.
  • Manage and motivate the logistics team to ensure highquality performance.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing logistics operations.
  • Verify Vendor Invoice
  • Billing
  • Establish and oversee standard practices such as equipment inspections and regular walkthroughs.
  • Arrange internal sessions for issue alignment, especially for critical matters.
  • Conduct recruitment interviews for additional team members, as required.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to mentor and develop the operations team to achieve operational excellence and deliverable.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels within organisation and external parties
  • Creative, handson individual, excellent ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
