Job Responsibilities :
· Handle customer inquiries and process orders accurately and promptly.
· Work closely with our fulfilment team to manage stock and coordinate deliveries.
· Keep an eye on stock levels and arrange replenishments.
· Team up with different departments to improve processes.
Job Requirement :
· 1-3 years in administration, preferably in customer service or B2B.
· Good with numbers and detail-oriented.
· Great communication skills.
· Positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
