(A.) Administrative Duties1. To manage all administrative work for company programmes and courses. Including to coordinate, plan, maintain course attendance sheet, collect course fee before commencement of new classes.2. Maintain database for company members, volunteers, and students.3 Assist in convey message or update information to members, volunteers, and students with instruction of management4.Provide day to day general office administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Order office stationery and mineral water;
- Coordinate of photocopier repairing. Keep track of Insurance renewal. Create and maintain template of form /Assist in drafting letter. Staff/Members Training Record. Booking of air ticket5. Meeting Minutes
- Coordinate, prepare materials and minutes for internal / external meetings
