Finance Manager with a
strong background in FP&A preferably from a
Big4 Audit background to join their team. You will play a vital role in advancing financial planning, analysis, and treasury management. Your responsibilities encompass supervising the company's daily treasury operations, offering strategic insights for pivotal business decisions, and directly overseeing one Assistant Finance Manager who reports to you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and management of the annual budgeting process, collaborating closely with department heads to ensure precision and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Create and refine financial models to support longterm financial planning and forecasting, contributing to enhanced decisionmaking.
- Conduct indepth analysis of financial results, closely monitor key performance indicators, and provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decisionmaking.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to shareholders and the board of directors, effectively communicating the company's financial performance and outlook.
- Oversee the management of cash flow, ensuring the company maintains sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations and drive strategic initiatives.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, optimize cash and investment strategies, and skilfully negotiate banking terms to maximize value for the company.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations and covenants related to the company's credit facilities, safeguarding the company's financial wellbeing and reputation.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a prerequisite.
- Prior experience in auditing with a Big 4 firm.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance is required, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience from the Real Estate industry is a definite advantage
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling is essential, demonstrating the ability to think strategically and make decisions based on data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective interaction.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively are important qualities. Being proactive and selfmotivated is also valued.
